Kristy Varva joined the staff at McFarlin December 1, 2006 as the Early Childhood Director. She moved to Norman in November of 1981, from South Lyon, Michigan. She has attended McFarlin since 1982 and is a current member. She married in this church in 1997 and has since had 3 beautiful children. Kristy is a graduate of the Education Department at the University of Central Oklahoma, with a degree in Special Education. She taught in the Norman Public Schools from 1995 to 2000. She enjoys fitness and spending time with her family. She has been a volunteer at McFarlin in many areas and has found two of her spiritual gifts to be teaching and service. She feels that these will greatly help her lead our children in growing their knowledge and love for the Lord.
