Native Hermeneutics Class at FAUMC

Don’t miss the Native Hermeneutics Class at First American UMC, 1950 Beaumont Drive, Norman, starting September 17th at 6:30 pm. This six-week, seminary-level course, taugtht by Rev. Dr. Justine Wilson, offers a unique exploration of Biblical interpretation through a Native American lens. Deepen your theological understanding and build meaningful connections with the First American community. This class is free, with materials available online, and CEUs and seminary credit are offered. About Rev. Dr. Justine Wilson: Dr. Wilson graduated with PhD. In New Testament from Harvard University. She has served as the pastor at Norman First American UMC for 11 years with God’s mission to make disciples of Christ and pass on the traditions of Native peoples.
