Explore Justice in Jesus’ Stories — Summer Growth Group

Sundays from 9:45-10:45am // June 1-July 6

Starting June 1, join us for Living Parables, a Sunday morning Growth Group rooted in the powerful teachings of Jesus’ most well-known parables. Led by members of McFarlin’s Just Action Team and aligned with our justice-centered sermon series, this study marks the fifth anniversary of the Just Action Team’s ministry.

We’ll be diving into Short Stories by Jesus by Amy-Jill Levine, a fresh and insightful exploration of the parables through the lens of their original historical, cultural, and spiritual context. Levine’s work challenges us to rediscover these stories not just as ancient teachings, but as living provocations for justice and transformation today.
