Welcome to the McFarlin Student Ministries! In our youth program (grades 6-12) we aim to show students how much Jesus loves them and how to walk alongside Christ and each other in their lives! Through missions, small groups, and fellowship we dive deeper into the Christian life and loving all of God’s children.
ORANGE CURRICULUM
“Orange” is an approach to Christian education and discipleship that places an emphasis on the church working to partner closely with families, so the faith development isn’t just a church activity, it’s a family activity. We are incredibly excited for Orange and to share with you all the resources that we believe will help you have faith conversations and growth throughout your homes!

Middle School Programming
SUNDAY SCHOOL: Each week is a little different in the way we share and study the Gospel, but the Bible is always the basis for what we do! Students can come and meet in room 321 during the Sunday School hour, 9:40AM – 10:40AM.
YOUTH GROUP: On Wednesday evenings from 7:15PM to 8:45PM, middle schoolers and adult leaders come together for a time of games, snack supper, small groups, and worship! We hope you will invite a friend and join us for the midweek gathering! Drop off and pick up will be at the sliding doors on the southeast side of the building.
BOYS’ BREAKFAST: (Starting August 25th) On Thursdays at 7:00AM, middle school boys are invited to join us in Fenn Hall for a diner-style breakfast prepared by some of our faithful adult volunteers. Before heading to school we circle up for a short time of prayer and devotion, then we load up our church mini buses that go to any of the Norman Public Middle Schools (Whittier, Alcott, Irving, and Longfellow). The southeast sliding doors to Fenn Hall open at 7:00AM. We hope you will invite a friend and join us! Please bring a $5 donation to help cover the cost of the breakfast.

Mission Trips
Our Spring Break Mission trip began in 1994 with a team of youth and adults who went south to build homes and begin a long tradition of serving during our students’ Spring Break from school.
This year we are excited to go on our 28th Spring Break Mission Trip. We are continuing the long standing tradition by heading to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas to spread the love of Christ through construction projects on both homes and churches and a VBS for children to connect them in with the local churches in the area.
