What is Shine?
At McFarlin, God is at work, and amazing things are happening—lives are being changed, hope is being renewed, and people are being equipped to make a difference in their everyday lives. Through worship, service, and authentic community, we are seeing God’s love come alive in powerful ways.
Shine is spreading the light of Jesus beyond our walls and into our neighborhoods. We invite family, friends, and neighbors to discover what McFarlin is all about—a welcoming community of faith where all are invited to grow, serve, and belong. Together, we are being transformed by God’s grace and sharing that light with a world that needs hope now more than ever.
Shine Is…
- Sharing the Good News of God with those around us;
- Inviting people to participate in the Good News of God through McFarlin;
- Recommending McFarlin to family, friends, neighbors, and acquaintances as a place to find and participate in the Good News of God.
In the coming weeks, be on the lookout as we share ways to Shine, times you can Shine, and opportunities designed to help you invite, recommend, and welcome guests and visitors to McFarlin.
