Join United Women in Faith for an evening focused on practical, real-life strategies that support children’s behavior at home and in everyday life. Whether you’re navigating routines, transitions, or just the pace of family life, this session offers tools you can actually use.
Julie Atwood brings over 17 years of experience supporting children and families across schools, homes, and clinical settings. Her work focuses on helping families and educators implement practical, evidence-based strategies that support real growth. And just as important—she understands the everyday realities of family life.
This event is for anyone raising, caring for, or supporting children—parents, grandparents, caregivers, and educators.
Formerly known as United Methodist Women, this group is a supportive, inclusive Christian membership organization where women like you grow spiritually, develop as leaders and serve and work to create a world in which all women, children and youth thrive. United Women in Faith is celebrated as the women’s ministry of The United Methodist Church.
Our members nurture one another in the community and support U.S. and international projects and partners,
improving the lives of women, children and youth with their prayers, volunteer and advocacy efforts, and financial gifts.
Any woman who commits herself to the PURPOSE of United Women in Faith and to engage in mission, study, personal growth and social action can join. You don’t have to be a United Methodist member or meet an age requirement to join the United Women in Faith group.
United Women in Faith is open to ALL women. Our purpose is to know God, to develop supportive fellowship by encouraging one another in spiritual growth and personal development, and to serve others through local and global ministries.
